Registration/Registration confirmation

The registration takes place via the registration form on https://www.esg-portfolio-management.com/nextevent. The registration becomes legally binding by payment of the participation fees by the client.

Participation fees and terms of payment

The prices published at the time of registration apply.

All prices include the statutory value added tax.

Costs for the apps used in the training are not included in the seminar fee and are to be paid by the participants themselves - if necessary. All apps used are also available as free versions.

Before the start of the seminar, you will receive information about required materials.

Prices, invoicing and payment

The prices specified in the respective offer or the final order confirmation apply. If invoicing is made to a third party at the request of the customer, the customer is liable in case of late and/or incomplete receipt of payment by the invoice recipient.

The course fee is to be transferred until one week before the beginning of the seminar. Places not paid for may be allocated according to waiting list.

Cancellation by the participant

Cancellation can only be made in writing. In case of cancellation of participation the following fees will be charged:

  • up to 28 calendar days before the start of the event: no fee
  • 27 to 14 calendar days before the start of the event: 50% of the total fee
  • less than 14 calendar days before the start of the event: full seminar fee
  • In the event of non-participation or cancellation of the seminar, there is no right to a refund of the course fee.
  • If the workshop has to be cancelled, the paid participation fee will be refunded.


The contractor selects qualified speakers for his seminars in the respective specialist areas. However, the contractor assumes no liability for the seminar content and materials or for the achievement of the learning objective pursued by the participant in each case.

The contractor assumes no liability for accidents, illnesses, theft, etc. that occur during the seminar. Participants and contributors are liable within the scope of the legal liability for damages caused by them.

Changes in implementation by the contractor

The contractor reserves the right to change the location and/or time of the respective workshop, to use another speaker or to cancel the event in the event of special, unforeseeable circumstances for which the contractor is not responsible (such as illness or other cancellation of a speaker).

If the minimum number of participants (= 3 participants) is not reached, the Contractor reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the respective event. In this case, the Contractor shall endeavor to inform the participants at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled event.
In the event of a postponement of an event, the participants can choose between participation in the alternatively offered date and the refund of already paid participation fees.

In the event that an event is cancelled without substitution, any participation fees already paid will be refunded. Further claims of the participant, in particular claims for damages (e.g. cancellation fees for travel or hotel costs) in case of changes or cancellation of a workshop, do not exist.
